Mark's place was exactly what my partner and I needed for 6 days on the mountain. Cozy, but not short of any amenities. Enough kitchen utensils amd appliances for me to make breakfast and lunch. The building has a small private gym, but there is a actual 24 hours gym not even 5 minutes away. Laundry room is very close to the room, so super convenient. I had a wonderful time at Mark's place. I was in South Lake Tahoe for some "me-time", and my stay was perfect. The apartment felt bigger than the pictures made it seem. I enjoyed the space; cozying up to the fire and reading, cooking for myself, walking to the lakeside, and around the complex, all of that was great. Mark's place worked for me perfectly. Marks place is amazing. It is a very spacious and stylish studio right by the lake. My fiance and I stayed there for three days enjoying the lake and the surrounding area. The space has a large king bed that is extremely comfortable, a perfect dining table and a full kitchen! We love to cook so it was perfect for us. In addition to plates , cups and utensils there were pots and pans, and many other cooking utensils that were so useful. Everything was incredibly clean and there were so many special touches like a working fire place, a little light in the bathroom, plenty of towels etc. The location is great! This is our favorite place to stay in South Lake Tahoe when it's just the two of us. We enjoy Lakeland Village for the location and amenities and have stayed in many units, both through Homeaway and booking direct. This is the one we keep coming back to.
